With encouragement from our friend CeHo, this is a new club for us collectors who really can't make our minds up as to what brands we prefer to collect/own. The only requirement for posting club-photos, is to have the photos(or sets of) with ten or more different brands(not models, versions, or variations of the same brand) of multi-tools/multi-knives/knives. And we'd love to read feedback(and join in the conversation) from anyone who finds diversified multifolios interesting and/or who is interested in broadening their multi-tool collection/stable horizons. I'll be posting my first entry soon.
My first entry. 11 brands depicted here. Left to right:Kershaw, CRKT, KutMaster, Gerber, Schrade, SOG, Victorinox, Leatherman, Buck, Smith & Wesson, and Bear & Sons. Sorted by length of tool.(Image removed from quote.)
I admire your universal love of MT brands, personally, I would only have a hard time to decide my favorite amongst the few brands that I really like, Vics/Wenger, LM, Gerber and SOG. But post like this broaden our horizon.
No pics at the moment, but if we're including knife based tools, I have users from Leatherman, Victorinox, SOG, Gerber, CRKT, Buck, Case, Richards, Wenger, Swiss+Tech, IDL, Camillus, Rodgers, Schrade/Vise Grip, and True Utility. Possibly one or two others. If we're only counting ones with pliers, I only have seven brands left after the cull.
Many thanks 👍 I will post pics this WE! Hope to see a lot of different tools here!Great collection!!!!
It didn't take me long to get a variety. I only had to look at a few drawers.Top to bottom..left to right:First Generation MultitaskerCRKT Guppie, Mastercraft Bionic Multi-toolSOG Blacktip, Heckler & Koch, Black Oxide Bucktool, Schrade Tough Tool, Coleman ProLock, Kershaw A100, Do everything Chinese tool.

Awesome photo, Chako! And nice variety! Thank you for taking the time for a photo and sharing. & CeHo's thread idea seemed awesome when he wrote it. So good to see so many tool brands represented so far, and that is just the start.

Great idea for a thread . If we are only talking MTs I might have 5 or 6 different brands . Adding in knives I believe I could have 10 . I'll have to take a look later. Great pictures so far. Its nice to see so many other brands represented.

Nice! I remember your big sale thread. Definitely a nice cornucopia of tool brands represented, and still enjoy the Buck Extract Fin. It would be awesome, if you get the time, to see a pic of what you still have after the cull.
I was a bit blown away with the Fin's functional quality as well. The Extract 735 scissors are even more impressive.
Sorry, it's an Essential I've got left, not a Fin
