You buy one for $19.99 and they give you one more for free. I don't have any experience with the vendor, but the deal looks good.

Retail price for one is $16 - street price around $9.99 or so

I bought 2 for  $16.25 on line from a private party.
Why do I carry a 45 ?
Because they don't make a 46 !
