 I do like the idea - and I do especially like this forum for discussing the possibilities of taking apart and modding a tool before it even hits the stores.
It goes a little along the lines of teh "half" leatherman tools/pocket knives but I do really like the idea of a Bit driver, scissors and a blade in a pocket friendly package. Put a LM Mini tool in the other pocket and you´re good to go.

Merit Badges Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Start a new thread and post a photo of the 110 knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Looks like Spring of 2020...wish they hadn’t spoiled it sooo early...I want these bad...especially after I realized they added a hammer pommel on the end! Holy functionality batman!

The only thing they could do to this (other than have the scissors work well). Is to add a pocket clip..then I am literally in heaven.

Wait wait wait.....is this literally the perfect complement to a Leatherman Crunch? Actually it might be...holy..... :o

Gerber Lockdown will have a pocket clip
Gerber Armbar is smaller

Both are being marketed is secondary EDC tools... to save your primary from poking or prying
