Day 16 (featuring Fisher and the Crunch)

Today’s use was package opening.  It was hard to do, not because the Crunch couldn’t easily handle it, but because I had to work around Fisher who was very interested in what was in the box.

After he discovered the goods,

I didn’t have the heart to tell him he couldn’t have it, but I did use the Crunch to cut the tag off

Day 16:

Helped tighten up someone's wheelchair today.

Pontificating particularly pious positions pertaining to polymorphic paraphernalia. G-Man.

Day 16
If you want to cut through something fibrous a serrated blade is easier than a plain edge blade and the serrated blade on the Crunch is a good one.  I husked not one, but three coconuts.  They were brown so they were pretty soft (green coconuts are firmer and harder to cut into) and I could plunge the blade in and either saw through the husk or work the blade back and forth like a can opener until I had the husk segmented and could peel it off. It took about half an hour to do all three.

I got some additional usage from the Crunch, here at work. Couldn’t take pics due to being on the line.

We needed to remove one of the sides of a heavy plastic crate. It was held on by two long fiberglass rods. Used the Crunch to get them out.

Worked awesomely!!

Hello Team
This is my day 17 pic which is a mix of bad and good news. The telly in the man cave has suddenly gone on the blink with somewhat strangely,  flesh colour only showing properly and no , I do not want to watch those kinds of movies only.
all other colours are pixilated other colours , everything but what they should be,
The good news is then that my ten year old telly is out and I will find a flash new one.
Today's LM job is the removal of the old telly.

Easy as then or maybe not !! Perhaps I could those $$ for more LMs or what ?  :D

Day 17
I had to use the Phillips driver to remove the cover of a light fixture to change the bulb.  I went with an LED that is supposed to last nearly 14,000 hours. The bulb on the other side of the room should go out any time now as well since they were installed at the same time.
