I've been on the wall about this one as well. It is different enough that it is interesting, but like y'all say,  it is too expensive for what it is. :ahhh

Maybe when it goes to $39, I'll pick one up.

Yeah.. Do agree that the price is quite off... I am even thinking like $30 is a more appropriate. 5.11 does not quite have a good reputation on their tools. And that "China" etched right on the pliers does not quite give alot of assurance on the QC..

The 5.11 EMT tool came today. Initial thoughts - Not all too impressed, but definitely unique and interesting.
