Day 2

PST helps cut open a coffee packet to start the day...I am going to carry mine today in a CRK leather slip.

How does everybody still have the PST leather sheath looking brand new with the gold letters?   Mine has worn off some many years back.

Original on the left and a spare l got years ago on the right.

The lettering is surprisingly durable unless hit with a solvent it stays put pretty well.

Hello Pst day 2.
my day 2 is opening a package which sadly is paperwork and some much needed additions to the LM collection  . I suppose I must work to be able to afford proper packages arriving.

Day 1:

Finally back home. Tonight’s pics just glamour shots. Will be using it at work every night.

I have my original Leatherman, the PST, dated 1096. Bought it late that year. Carried it until I bought a gen 1 Wave in 2002.

Here it is, pictured with two Marlboro PSTs I picked up...

My welded on pocket clip fits just perfect in this nylon sheath...

My carry for the month of December!

Day 1:

This PST was made the month before and the month after I was born (1096/1296) and probably assembled in 1997.

Took this shot when I got it out of the drawer. This is pretty much my entire assemblage of pliers-based tools but a couple small MTs in kits, as well as a Rebar and MP600ST, which for some reason, is in my other desktop's desk in the living room.

Put in a new light switch plate cover. The plastic one had a missing screw--got lost when the wallpaper got removed to restore it back to paneling.   I'd bought a metal one at Lowe's to replace a ceramic one in my room that got broke in half. My plans were to replace both to match but never got around to it. And thus, I had one spare.

Opened packet containing cover.

Removed old plastic one with large screwdriver.

Put new one back on.

Goooooooood mornin' MTO!
(got the voice of Robin Williams in your head? yeah? Nice.  :woohoo: )

Day 2/30

Starting with some Vitamins.

I wonder if LM made just a few runs on BO PSTs since all I have seen so far are from the same time more or less.
Mine 07/96 both handles...

I have them from 93 all the way to around 2001 or 02 (well the newer PST plier head anyways) I will have to get them all out and check for sure but seems like I have more from 1993 than anything  :tu: Plus I have seen a few members on here with very old BO ones :salute:

Glad to see this challenge getting underway... Unfortunately I would have to bail...

I’ve informed Steve about this days before... Gonna have to be travelling this month and that’s before the family trip come year end...

But I’ll chime in every now and then... Good luck everyone...

Me and my PST’s will be rooting for you all...

Day 02:

I was sorting mail this morning and used the blade on the PST II to open envelopes. The Manly Gift Manual contains more lavender lotion and underwear than multitools....

40 sounds like a great price for NIB.
If you wear all 28 on a belt you can use it as a diving weight.
