Help with Hobo identification?
on:
August 20, 2019, 08:57:35 PM
Calling all hobo experts, can you help me identify this folding camping knife from the early 1980s?
Gold crossed shield and tang stamp are only visible makers marks. Made in Japan with a patent number. I’ve found one site online with similar marked product, listed as Seki Japan?
Anyone recognize it?

Dang..me neither, but I had one of those when I was a kid. If I remember right, my grandmother gave it to me.
Rather mundane quote entered here to approximate humor.

Can't help, either. Still, whatever it is, it's a good looking set of tools.

Thanks guys, it’s well-made and tools still have good snap. Liners are stainless so quite a tough knife. Let’s see if anyone chimes in and recognizes it.
