Hmmm. I've kind of gone off the bolognese thing now Fuzzy so you're fine. Glad it was very nice though. It's amazing what you can cook up with Special Brew isn't it?  :rofl:

The dots under the USA denotes the year - it's quite complicated, but in 1970 there was 10 dots and a dot was removed each year subsequently. So my knife is 77.

Edit: Ah, I see what you mean - your knife (also 77) has U.S.A. instead of USA... I'm not sure why.  :think:
