Nice Case S19. I remember that logo as being specific to one dealer.

This is another Case 6265.

As can be seen it has the Ford logo and the handle material is a synthetic material known as Kirinite.

Yes,that rascal is really quite fancy.

I usually prefer natural materials but Case picked a winner when they decided to use Kirinite.

Now that I've tipped my hand and displayed my best Case right out of the gate, let's get a bit more down to earth.

I had not experienced a Sod Buster till a member sent one my way.  I bonded instantly and luckily picked up a large one a while later.  Its a honest no nonsense knife.   :tu:

This is my second one. My first one wasn't a Case, but (IIRC) Hen and Rooster (or one of those German brands). It was a large Sodbuster pattern, just like my Case. Wood scales, carbon steel, but it was made in Italy, not Germany. I have no idea what happened to it, as I haven't seen it in a few years.

When I bought this Case, I was thinking about getting a Carl Schlieper Eye Brand in the large Sodbuster pattern. I compared it to the Case and found that the Case was higher quality for a lower price. That was the first new Case I ever bought.

Small Texas jack for me today.
A 62032? Whatever the pattern, it's a beauty!

I remember that logo as being specific to one dealer.

Love that cabin shield S19.

I believe Spartan19's knife with the barn shield is a 6347. The shield is exclusive to Tractor Supply. Next time I have to go there, I'll be bringing one or three of them back with me.

Let me see if I can reinvigorate this party. I've shown these two by themselves, but never together. Two Sod Buster Jrs, one in bone and the other in yellow Delrin.

Those are sweet! My son thinks the yellow delrin is cheap looking. I can't seem to convince him just how classy they are!!

Those look like the larger ones. Am I correct?

I am now very tempted to try out a 62032...

I’m actually with your son on this one.  The yellow Delrin has never really appealed to me.

My Case knives are getting a bit of a rest while I participate in the Fools of April challenge, but will be back in the rotation soon…

I can understand both of you,,,, there was a time when I was younger that I didn't care much for them either. These days however, they are much more appealing.

I don't mind the yellow delrin as it looks classic to me.  With all the neat options coming from Case its not one I'd choose currently tho.

I know my bias is already showing; but to me yellow Delrin on a Case is very nearly as synonymous as red scales on a SAK. :D

You'll get no argument from me that yellow Delrin is classic and classy!

Today the harvest orange Peanut rotated out, and an old red Peanut rotated in.
