You and me both. I think that's why they're so cheap. NO ONE must seem to want them. But, whatever process Buck uses (I'm thinking hydro-dipping) wears off rather easily. The Mossy Oak AP Blaze Nano Bantam I have started wearing the day I first carried it.   There are two layers, first the wrap with the camo pattern, then underneath that is black plastic handles.

The blades are 420HC BOSS treated just like all the standard models. 

Yes, the different color schemes on the Bantams do wear.  I have a 284 model that sees almost daily pocket carry.  It has some wear on the corners.  I can see them wearing quicker if pocket carry shares space with keys and/or tools.  The model on sale I believe is a 285 with pocket clip and 3-1/8 blade.  Mine is only 2-3/4”

If you have a Tractor Supply,  they have a combo of the 283 Nano Bantam and the 285 Bantam BLW for $20 out as a part of their Christmas stuff. So, the same basic models as the OP knives, just in plain black.  Actually, I was about to order the OP knives until I saw these on today's feed run. I had a Nano Bantam before, but I am very impressed by the BLW.
