I appreciate your interest in my proposal to our British friend, but, i just trying to help someone who (more likely) banned from purchases of multitools and knives from Ebay by their very own policy  “no multitools to UK”. You can buy on ebay freely from russia and all other countries , except UK and Irish residents, i guess.
