Some of the Texas Ranger models I have collected.(Image removed from quote.)Here you can see that some of these are pretty hefty knives!(Image removed from quote.)A comparison of the Texas Ranger and Arkansas Hunter.(Image removed from quote.)
Lockback Hunter. It seems so oversized, but this knife makes a GREAT camp knife.(Image removed from quote.)Some of the War Eagle Blades economy line he offers.(Image removed from quote.)More from my small collection.(Image removed from quote.)Sadly, AG recently passed and his is missed by the community.
Very nice Spudley. He was a giant in the industry and I was saddened when he died.
Very nice knives posted here. I have only one A.G. Russell knife that I bought when they first came out.
This is the only A. G. Russell knife I have left. Its a A G Russell Cattaraugus Cutlery FH-1 made for the KCC. It is a split bolster lock knife.
I located one of my A.G. knives. This a Stag handled liner lock with a Damascus blade.
One of my favorites! Here is my FH-1. I had one a few years ago and ended up trading it off...always regretted that. I bought this one on ebay and am really happy to have it!(Image removed from quote.)
I have never seen this type before...what is it? Thanks

Basically, it is a "Toothpick" type knife beefed up a little with a split bolster lock mechanism (see below). The blade on mine is ATS34 and it takes a super sharp edge and holds it quite well. The knife is very slicey and has great edge geometry.(Image removed from quote.)In the original AG Russell advertisement for this knife, he stated that knives of this type were often concealed in a boot as it is slim and easily hidden.
