Carried it today. I never got a ZillaTool because I thought it was just to long and big to for my tastes. But the Jr is a pretty nifty little tool. And for the price you can't beat it.

It's one tough little beggar! Was using it to split some wood for the fire the other day and it just lapped it up, does need a sharpen though, gonna have to figure that out pretty soon. I've heard sandpaper and a mouse mat is a good combination?

That's rigth, mouse mat and sandpaper is the way to go. There is a nice convex sharpening tutorial in the Fällkniven forum at knife forums that covers all the procces.

Looks like I need to go and buy some sandpaper then, don't have any particularly fine stuff around.

I'm quite chuffed with how well some of the pics them turned out, i especially like the Becker on the post

Yeah i got mine just before they went under, i could probably get twice what i paid for it now if i wanted but its too nice to let go! I hope he does get to make more they are great knives at pretty good prices
