Dave: Those pictures are amazing.
The first one could be great background for a desktop (but it just quarter of my desktop size... can you sent me the full size picture ? I can make desktop background of it in different resolutions)

Looks like my free photobucket account trims the pictures to 1024 x 768, but CLICK HERE to download the original 1280 x 960 image. Right-click and "Save as" or "Set as Desktop Background" to save it locally.

:tu:

I used to come here a lot.

Thanks. Now I need to fix the size to 1680x1050 :) I will add black area because I don't want it to lose proportion.

EDIT: here - 1680x1050

1 x BO
1 x Common or garden
1 x Operation Iraqi Freedom
1 x Knifeless

Ahh but of course, the Knifeless Fuse. :tu:

Hmmmm, too bad Leatherman didn't choose to put some sort of unique logo on its handles. :-\

I always thought the Knifeless variety was an after-thought - being exactly the same tool with a file instead of a blade.

Well yes I'm sure that is the case. But still, it would have been neat if they stamped KNIFELESS FUSE on the side of it. Or maybe even just KL FUSE.

Kinda like those Danish Waves that get the 2H stamping. :)

That's a good point guys :tu: Wonder why they would stamp the Wave and not the Fuse different

Could be that the Fuse or more economy line and they try to get by cheaper ::)

I suspect that's true.  TBH I respect Leatherman for even bothering to do a knifeless tool in the first place.  I really like the Fuse and only wish it came with a file in the first place.

There would be enough room if they removed the lanyard ring and used a PST/PowerLock type lanyard ring on the knurled head.

Exactly, the problem is that it seems to have been designed to fit in the middle between the Kick and the Blast, rather then being the best tool it could have been, so it just feels like a compromise.

I don't like the thought of that either.  I like things to be the best threy can be, not cut short to fill a slot.

I EDC the Knifeless Fuse and have thought before that it should be labelled with "Knifeless".  Not because I am necessarily fussed, but it would make it even more clear that you are complying with the law.
