....A place where all members of the Spirit Appreciation Society and the Spirit Owners Club can relax and discuss the strifes of serrated butter spreading and eye damage due to excessive light reflection... .

..and non-owners could avoid ;)

Yes I'd like that  :P

I see a little Swisstool in the middle one's pliers  . ? did Victroinox use a bit of Bear in their plier head design when they owned them

Nice  8)

@Mat - Yes - we were discussing last night actually, and you can definitely see the Bear opening mechanism in the Swisstool. The Swisstool is (as you'd expect being newer) more refined, but the basic principle is the same.

EDIT: Just reread Mat's post - I was of course talking about the opening mechanism for the tools, but yes, you can see some similarity with the Swisstool's pliers too!
I used to come here a lot.

That pic came out great Neil. There's something about a red/orange background that my camera (and yours apparently) really likes. :)

Victorinox bought out Bear Cutlery to aquire the design then I believe sold it back to the managment

How bad is it when I'm more excited about the box than the tool itself? ::) :D
