Keepin' the dogs in - zip ties to the rescue

Zip ties are amazing, quite frankly. I used to think they were only for manufacturers to secure items to packaging. Nope!

I use these things everywhere.

I found them useful in securing fencing and chicken wire to my gate to keep the puppies on the property. Works great!

If duct tape was my right hand, zip ties would be my left.

And thanks  :)

Thanks! And I have to admit, the sound of a zip tie is kind of satisfying!

Great use.

Last time I was at my parents I wished I had a few zipties on me for a similar reason.  Used some string my nephew found, but zipties would have been faster and easier.

As useful as zipties are, (and I use a lot of them) I much prefer stainless steel safety wire.  It is so much more durable and it is nice having something that's the right length.  Zipties might hold a radiator hose on as  temporary fix, safety wire will make the fix permanent.

Congrats on the badge DIAMOND. Unfortunately I can't see the photo. I'm imaging a gate much like that of Gozer. Now where is Vinz to let the puppies out
