That man was almost Canada's Prime Minister, but he dropped out of the race because he didn't speak French. It's amusing that he uses the French term for collection!

I may have overstated his chances. He announced at one point that he was going to run for the leadership of one of our political parties, which meant that he would have to win that race, then win the national elections, so "almost" may not be the most accurate description.
