Day 21

It doesn't compare to Nix's chickens, but I do seem to open a case of water every Challenge
i have done that too!
But somehow I Knick a bottle or three and then find a puddle and a few bottle waterless!
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

 :tu:  Day 21 -
Much colder today and windy. Mrs LC dragged me out gather supplies from a Sams Club, and items for both her sisters.

Ripped a timber, will be used to repair a swing frame.

The 110 is an amazing knife!

PS: Chip - Glad you are sticking with us!

Day 21

Other than fingernail duty, the 110 Pro opened a few presents for the kids.  I had my hands full getting the presents open while keeping the kids away from the 110, so no action shots...

I also ordered a solar powered trickle charger from ebay that you connect up and stick to the windscreen inside the van to keep it topped up while the van is not in use for the foreseeable.

That's a great idea. We pull the battery out of my wife's car at the beginning of Winter every year because it just doesn't get driven over the course of the Winter. So it stays on a battery minder over Winter. But the solar charger idea seems great.

Day 22:

Nothing exciting to report.

Although the 110 did welcome someone new to the stable:

 :tu:   Day22 -

In spirit of MTo special days, paired my 1st 110 with my WAVE.

110 did short work of plastic bottle/can holder. (Trick learned here.)

Also, the pair satisfies both Wave Wednesday and Wood handle Wednesday.

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Very sorry about your sleep deprivation. Hope you can get rested.  :tu:

You don't have to bow out. If you want to continue on, post a make up pick for day 20 and a fresh pick for day 21. Everyone is entitled to a 'Mulligan'.

 :iagree: Classy move Nix!!

DAY 22

Well I was supposed to bring you a photo of my 110 cutting up chicken for tonight’s curry but my wife beat me to it and already done it with cheap kitchen knives lol so all I can pick out of the hat tonight is a pic of my table while I plough through lockdown beer

This’ll sound moronic, but with the position of the K Bar in the picture, for a moment I thought it had a USB port
  🤦‍♂️

Hahaha that’s so funny , if that was the case I’d bring my WW2 example in and download it’s stories. How cool would that be

That's a great idea. We pull the battery out of my wife's car at the beginning of Winter every year because it just doesn't get driven over the course of the Winter. So it stays on a battery minder over Winter. But the solar charger idea seems great.

I would do the same if I had off street parking Nix.
But I live in a small terraced house where you are lucky to get parking near your home.
My trouble is i never show initiative, but that's only because no one has told me to.

The 110 did see some action today, cutting cord and clipping irrigation lines. I was out in the garden and didn't have a camera with me....

Glamor shot to make up the gap:

Monster trout?

The one pictured is a panny maybe 18 inches.
I lost a bigger one trying to lift it out for a pic.
This is just a side irrigation ditch, the monster browns generally hang out in the river up a bit from here.
