A warm day here, but no uses for the 110.

Merit Badges Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the pen for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Cybertool (any variant), Swisschamp, Champion or Toolchest for sixty (60) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a GEC knife and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Guys, we're going to do a GAW of the MTo 110 I posted at the beginning of the challenge. No, I haven't run off with this beauty......




Don't think I haven't been tempted.....

For the GAW, I'd like each of you who are planning on finishing the challenge to pick a card from a standard deck, e.g. 4 of Spades. After everyone completes the challenge, I'll start cutting a well-shuffled deck, the first person's card I come to will be the winner!  :ahhh

Day 28
for a couple of months I have been really suffering with painful elbow joints, just lifting a kettle to make a cup of coffee can be really painful.
I originally put it down to a strain and thought rest was the answer but it seems to have got progressively worse. so did some googling and found some gentle exercises that involve stretching the tendons and twisting your wrists and elbows while holding a hammer. I hope this helps and its not arthritis.
I have also ordered some rubber band things that your put on your fingers and open your hands, hope they arrive this week.
