Who doesn't like the Sodbuster Jr. ? Solid little knife  ;)
Apart from the looks I like the grip and feel on these bone handles a lot...

Actually it wasn’t that sharp out the box , but it is now  :D

I am hoping to see a Lego Predator.
And those look really nice. I do not have any high-end folders, still thinking about it.
>:D Stick around, it's coming!

And thank you, I guess in this hobby, it could go insanely expensive and value is rather subjective matter.  What I like most about some of the WE collaboration/offering is their folders are offering mid-tech or high end production folder precision and material, but still priced below most of the mid-tech knives.

Day 11

Fox 439 Mossy Oak

A modern take on the traditional three blade hunting folder. The three blades each have their own liner lock. The handle material is aluminium with a rubber coating.
Ron, you got me quite curious, how does three different blades all have liner lock while keeping the chassis narrow?  I gonna move over to youtube to check this out now.

The three blades are separated by two liners, doubling as lock bar for the outer two blades. The saw in the middle uses the back of one liner as lock bar. Thus like the Buck Alpha Crosslock, one liner provides two lock bars. I´ll have  pics in a few minutes.

Paleo-Fuzz Day 11

Neolithic arrowhead/small knife found in Kentucky... Unfortunately, that's as much provenance as I've got on this little beauty. Immensely pocketable, but normally resides safely tucked away in acid free tissue. Oh, and it could be as much as 12,000 years old.

Day 10

Moki Blakiston´s Fish Owl LE

The standard version of this knife has plain black micarta handles. This LE (200 pieces) adds abalone inlays. It was Moki´s knife of the year 2007. As always with Moki, fit and finish are as perfect as can be. Lightweight (44g) and only slightly larger than a SAK alox Soldier, it is an excellent knife for my Sunday carry.

I´ll have more high end Japanese folders in this challenge, all made in Seki city (like many Spyderco knives).

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blakiston%27s_fish_owl

Beautiful knife!!

Day 11 brings a couple of special knives.

The first is a Black box Winchester Texas Toothpick in old Rodgers bone . This was kindly given to me by my friend Robert (SAK Guy)

The second is my birth year 1967 Wenger soldiers knife very generously gifted to me by Barry Rowland

(Image removed from quote.)

Nice knives and nicer stories.

Day 11: This is a collection of folders that I inherited from my father in-law.
On the left are three Schrade stockman knives.
On the right, top to bottom: Clauss floral, a Camillus electrician, and a Case trapper.

Great set!
