I am doing a 30 day challenge with it, and I am enjoying the smurf out of it!

Day20
Primary edc knife
I've tried and been through a lot of knives over the years but for the last few my primary cutting tool has been this Vic OHO Trekker
It is also possibly my most photographed knife.

In all honesty I was trying not to show this knife at all this challenge since I use it so much... but I'm away from my collection today.

Nice carry. It is nice once you find what works for you.

The Spirit is a great edc tool.  I’ve never tried the TIP, despite my addiction to flashlights.

Nice pocket sheath as well

I've got the pocket sheath from Nix  :hatsoff:
The only thing I don't like on the TIP is the very exposed buttons. I wish they were somehow recessed. Otherwise it's a great little light.

This is the very first knife I owned, given by my grandparent long, long time ago.  For many years I carried this in pocket through out highschool and it meant the world to me.  Thanks to Steve's post earlier, I finally realize this is modeled after a G96 Jet Aer Corp. knife.

Love the 111mm OHO Trekker, it's probably my most trusted 'sidekick' for anything outdoor.

Day 20

Today is the Skeletool.  I find that the Skeletool is a nice compliment to a SAK, especially if you prefer a SAK to a full size pliers-based multitool but want pliers capability.  I added the Hammer/Jammer (designed by metropolicity), which makes it an even more useful tool.

Day 21
My old faithful from 2005 to 2015 my trusty Leatherman PST II . It rode on my belt all that time ,  stood in for pretty much all my actual electricians tool belt bar the meters more times than I could remember . Also made a great fidget toy with its butterfly opening once broken in. Small enough to ride unnoticed on the belt,  big enough to get it done .A good and faithful servant indeed .

Day 21
Wounded Warrior SAKs.  Only the middle scales are on the SAK that they came on - a Fieldmaster.  The other two are only available on a Tinker but now reside on a Yeoman and Ranger.

The Adaptive ones are my favorite, for reasons beyond just disabled veterans.  I hold a lot of respect and compassion for people who have learn to adapt to living life despite disabilities.  I once participated in a program for children in wheelchairs and their families.  Able-bodied siblings were encouraged to spend the day in a wheelchair trying to compete in adaptive sporting events side-by-side with their siblings.  It was a very memorable and humbling experience.

 :iagree:

Day 21

Time to a little light pruning (I’ll do a proper prune once the berries have been eaten in late autumn, early winter) of the trees in my garden, the Japanese secateurs are great but getting sharpening stones, crean mate, oil dispenser etc cost almost as much, but I find maintaining them is quite a zen thing to do! The saw is also Japanese and I have to concentrate when using it as it cuts on the pull and my muscle memory is definitely for push cut wood saws.

:iagree:   Same with my Silky saw. "pull, pull, pull". But I think if I remember that, I get better control than with a push cutting saw.  :tu:
