I'm somewhat new here, can anyone explain or link me to an explanation of what a "challenge" is? Thanks
https://forum.multitool.org/index.php?action=profile;area=listAwards;start=60There is a section of awards you get for doing different things - some take from doing a single event to 30 day events, called challenges. Upon completion of the award requirements - you will get the award or badge.
Ray, I'm definitely interested but I thought that was the month the Minimal Challenge was scheduled for.
Rapy, just a thought, but why don't you do an in challenge challenge - soldiers being two layer jobbies, they fit comfortably within the parameters of Saucey's Minimal Challenge? He'd have to okay it of course.
That is interesting. So sort of like when we had the Traditional challenge with the GEC’s? The newer Soldiers are 3 layers now.
(cough)... We'll ignore that...

The Soldier challenge and Minimal challenge could both be done in November similar to the Traditional and GEC Challenge being the same earlier this year. The Soldier has two layers so it would count as a Minimal SAK. All Soldier participants could just specify that they were doing the Soldier. Then if a Soldier badge is developed, they would apply for it. If no soldier badge is designed, then they would still qualify for the Minimal SAK Challenge Badge. How does that sound?Another thought was May might be a good month, because in the US it is Military Appreciation Month. Although I think there was a Spyderco Challenge being planned for May and I don’t know if the interest would be many of the same people.
