Day 18
The Spirit saw cut a downed branch to use as a fetch stick.  It definitely worked at tiring Fisher out.

 Sheep dogs do have more energy.  Fisher usually has just the right amount.

That's a tough challenge, I wonder will making consecutive holes with an awl be more productive to help opening it?

Hadn't thought of that but it is worth a try.  The little guy's hand makes the Swiss Tool look huge!

Day 18
I used the saw today on some palm fronds. It cut through them like butter.

Such a sharp contrast to Nix's pix.  Yes, tiny chubby hand from the little guy, he is at that age where he likes to lubricate every tool of mine with his drool...

Day 19 - we have a treedeck that goes around three sides of our house and I don't think they ever been cleaned, at least not in our years in the house. So today I picked up a new power washer and went at it.

 :hatsoff:  Day 19 -
Needed to rip a landscape timber in two, and about 5 seconds before “thinking I should get my leather gloves”, I then slid my hand down the edge and caught a splinter under my skin :ahhh
Spirit’s scissors clipped the skin at entry so then the pliers tip could grap and help hold while extracted.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!
