Sounds like you've been working hard for it Nick. Don't worry about the weight - it's BMI/body fat% that matters and you sound pretty healthy from what you've said. Isn't a resting rate of 48 almost clinically dead?

Seriously though, congrats... I wish I could get a plan and stick to it.

Having been round to visit Nick earlier today, I can say that he was looking pretty lean

I imagine those daughters of his keep him on his toes too
