Remember there will be weeks where you won't loose a thing or perhaps even put on a little.  Don't worry about it.  As long as the overall trend is downwards then a couple of little blips on the chart won't mean a thing.  :)

Merit Badges Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Must start a thread with a photo of your birth year SAK Start a new thread and post a photo of the minimal sak (2 layers or fewer) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread with a photo showing the axe in use Start a new thread and post a photo of a traditional folder for thirty (30) consecutive days. Good on ya Flasher,it does worry me having early onset middle age spread  ::). I keep thinking as a father my main responsibility is to raise my 2 boys & being 100kg is leaving myself wide open to health problems. I had a cunning plan , if I was to get the Autotool I was bidding on I would not be able to open the box until I lost 5kg , a great motivation. I then miss out on the fuc#$ing tool don't I . I hope to join you soon mate.

Anyone else starting to worry that we may not recognise Flash at the meet? At this rate, by April, he may have totally disappeared :D
