I have this Victorinox Spartan with some German or Swiss writing and strange logo. Anyone know what this knife was issued for or what it means? With a translator software I understand something about the military but really not sure. Any help from some European members who know the lingo or what it is? Thanks :)

"years of service and all I got was this load of bullocks"

 :P

No idea but perhaps it is some kind of gift for those leaving a particular branch of the military?

I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

"Discharged from military service"

Perhaps it was a commemorative SAK given to a soldier upon retirement? The bull being their symbol?

These days platoon and even some specialized squad sized units have their own symbols/logos/insignia, but should not be too hard to pin point the origin if you post in the right places (this being on of them). Nice SAK btw enjoy  :tu:
