I always saw the Douk-Douk as being a good item to have in a PSK.

What's the orange tube?
I used a second canteen to make a small Brewkit.
..and lastly some a few salt and pepper packets.. Anyone have any advice on how I could better this? By the way, I just bought two Otterbox 1000's. Thanks, I feel pretty equipped with these items, but I feel like I forgot some things.
Rememeber knowledge doesn't weigh anything
Rather than cram ever increasing amounts of kit into your PSK's, learn all you can about situations you might be facing, then pack accordingly Rememeber knowledge doesn't weigh anything

I've started to build my own PSK. It contains: a 4x4 piece of moleskin, Pocket Duct duct tape, three band aids, two butterfly closures, a benedryl capsule, two tylenol (in a packet), Uncle Bens Silver Grippers, Vic LumberJack, LM Micra, excellent little firesteel, a Wetfire cube, safety pin, P-51, small amount of kevlar thread/needle, little fishing kit in small bag ( 5 hooks, 2 split shot weights, about 60 feet of 20lb test fishing line, and a few little grubtail lures), a tea bag, some oragel, little iodine tablet bottle (for water purification) and lastly some a few salt and pepper packets.. Anyone have any advice on how I could better this? By the way, I just bought two Otterbox 1000's. Thanks, I feel pretty equipped with these items, but I feel like I forgot some things. I don't have the OtterBox's yet, but I am pretty sure I will still have more room.. Thanks againI thought the straw was metal! Edit- I added a few things from my AMK S.O.L: small compass and the signaling mirror.

I go for the "Know less, carry more" philosophy.
