Maggie got some camping in this last weekend. She told us that we shouldn't camp in July or August in the South when the temperature is over 100. We think she's right. Such a smart girl (unlike her parents that thought camping in July in the South when it's 100 was a good idea ::))

Oh this isn’t fair, a bad nights sleep because of them, then I take them out for morning duties, and then I come in to the living room to relax and yet not only is Rosy in the Mrs recliner, but Dex is also in mine so I’m stuck on the couch, oh come on..

I feel your pain buddy.  I've been woken up at 6-6:30 every morning for the last couple of weeks.  I am not naturally a morning person. A positive late start to this morning at a luxurious 7:15!

Sam got his first "puppy" trim at a groomer this morning.  I've been clipping Molly myself for years but he's proving to be a handful and I'm willing to pay someone else to deal with it. 😄

With all the Rx I’m on I’m SO NOT, a morning person, yet Rosy will scratch at the door at 2-3 in the morning wanting to go out, so I got to get something on to take her out, then when done lay back down wide awake even though I’m so tired, then not fall asleep for up to a whole hour! Now it was the Mrs bday today and the kid took us to the zoo, I pushed her around for a good 2hrs, the kid helped for like 1hr, but also in like 90° heat, we then came home took the dogs out and fed them, but then went out for dinner and now we’re home and I’m ready to pass out, but time to relax and watch a show, then take the dogs out one last time and that dog better sleep through the night cause I sure will!!

I left Molly and Sam at home with my wife and daughter for about an hour while I delt with some bits and bobs around town. Came home for lunch and was instantly pounced on.  They, apparently, had missed me so much they were willing to forgo lunch in order to have a cuddle. I was, temporarily, better than eating.  This is no small thing for these two. :D 45 minutes later and I was hungry enough that it was me who caved first.

I swear, this is our “queen” size bed yet the Mrs is only sitting and my legs are hanging over the side, yet look who’s comfy, and with sooo much extra room!

I got you beat, still the same bed but we also have the two cats, now the dogs sleep in our room all night as the cats get the whole house, but the cats get the bedroom during the day and half the house as the dogs are in the other half with us.. Now, if we switch leaving the dogs in the one half and go into the other half with the cats, huh, yes we get the whole bed but the one cat will lay wherever he wants! That also includes your face, thus why they don’t sleep with us, he is also jumpy and will leave marks while on takeoff, so not only can’t you breath but you’ll end up with a signature if he gets scared! Yet his brother will just lay wherever and NOT move!

The wife and I have learned from traveling with Fisher, it doesn’t matter the size of the bed, he will still be right up on you and give you no room.  And he is only a relatively small dog
