I've had Molly do the same thing (and she's only wee).  It's the problem with a long lead; they've got time to build up a full head of steam.  :-\

We're fostering-to-adopt a new furry doggo.  He's a bit skittish but he's doing good so far for only being with us a few hours.  He's been at the shelter for 6 months since he's a big dog at 90lbs.  They estimate he's about 3yrs old.

The reason for the fostering is because they told us he has a little bit of a behavioral issue with being very skittish and nervous around people.  We have another 80lb puppy that loves other dogs and people so I think that's helping him.   They warned us that he didn't like the husband at the other foster home but he's doing pretty good with me.  He prefers my wife and the kids right now but he keeps walking into my office and booping me with his nose for a quick pet.  I hope we make a good impression on him.

The reason for the fostering is because they told us he has a little bit of a behavioral issue with being very skittish and nervous around people.  We have another 80lb puppy that loves other dogs and people so I think that's helping him.   They warned us that he didn't like the husband at the other foster home but he's doing pretty good with me.  He prefers my wife and the kids right now but he keeps walking into my office and booping me with his nose for a quick pet.  I hope we make a good impression on him.

Thanks, she (the Mrs) is Dex’s love, she means everything to him, every morning when I let them out Rosy bolts yet Dex will walk upside the bed to give the Mrs a kiss and get a scratch on the head and ears from her and then will slowly back up along the side of the bed till he can turn around and make his way out the door..
