Alfa Romeo Swisscard?

Stumbled upon a picture of Swisscard with an Alfa Romeo logo on the internet today.
Can't find any more info, or indeed pointers for getting my sweaty mittens on one.  Maybe someone here knows more and could help?

I must say that not in the early days, not at all. Found him boorish and laddish (not in the goode sense). The last 7 or 8 years have changed my outlook, and currently you could say that yes. I'm really starting to like the man
