Hello again.
I owe the team an apology. I cannot see my day 12 pic anywhere so probably need to repost. I will  blame it on my phone with the dreadful screen.
Apologies for the repost or late post. The pic is a gathering of the EDC.
Hope this is ok.
I also there were questions about my Landy engine. A 1964 2.25l in a 88 inch shorty.  Would not mind a V8 but bit too powerful for my Landy.

That's an oldie  :like:

Day 13
We're nearing the halfway point of this challenge and I hadn't yet taken a picture of my phone and watch.  The phone is a Samsung Galaxy and the watch is a Citizen Eco-Drive I've had for 20 years.

Halfway point means holidays soon  :ahhh

DAY 13

Another long day at work today so not much real use  :dunno:
I looked at my watch a few times to see when I could leave but forgot to take any shots

So, instead, here's a shot of said watch with the PST

Nice watch and PST Surge  :like:

Day 13
Not a lot of action for my edc today a little cutting of fruit and dog food package.  Although, the best use was the Yeoman to open a tasty beer - the first of the “Twelve Days of IPAs”.

It was intentional although I’m not sure why.  All of them are like that and the side of the box shows them with upside down labels.

Day 14

Used Bailout to carve out a steak from fridge for tonight's dinner, and then eat it with my SAK Mountaineer once it is done.  Food use, gonna be one of my favorite knife uses.  In case anyone is curious, I got this herb butter seared steak recipe from American Test Kitchen youtube channel.  Very strong aroma, good for most steaks, but for the really great ones, this may overwhelm the original beef taste a bit.

How do you like the double butane?  I am thinking to get a new zippo and am debating whether I want a single or double butane insert. :pok:

Citizen does make some good watches! :like:   I also love the Casio, they are nearly indestructible and with the solar power, basically totally carefree.

Another quiet day. Did get out for a nice walk with some new snow.

Don't worry, whenever they are laying waste with all the unnecessary packaging, I'm sure they are balancing it out with underpackaging.  I have received items in less than adequate packaging from them in the past, where everything is crushed and stir fry together in a box.

I had ordered a 45cm steel ruler a long time ago, and the box it came in was big enough to pack my entire toolbox.
Oh, talking about ruler, anyone has any idea where I could get a ruler with imperial, decimal and metric units?  I know Countycomm has one, but that thing looks like highway robbery...

The Executives orange peeler got used as a package opener again today.

And I've taken a pic of the Mini Tool because it's Monday  :hatsoff:

The orange peeler tool really amuses me.

I think Sos' modded combo tool....or even a standard Vic can opener is as good as or better for the job of orange peeling, but the Executive's orange peeler tool is fun to mess around with. It does a nice job with plastic clamshell packaging.

I wonder if a mini version of the normal can opener could be fine for the 74mm line

Thanks for the heads-up.
The day I took that pic was a busy one and I reckon I posted another one of several uses.
Anyway, hard as I´m trying I will end up disqualifying myself. It has to do with often not knowing what day I live in  :think

Today my edc didn´t see much use, although the minipry got a fresh edge

Comis, answering your question about the Zippo insert... I can't answer yet.
My gas can not arrived yet.

As soon as possible I'll fill the insert and test, and post my impressions
