Thanks. It was a not fun  ::)

As for missing anything, no not really (for last night anyway) There's nothing that I could have done (even with my bike at home) I lack the tools and skill to do anything with this sort of issue.

I've called out a mobile tyre replacement service and that's going to cost me £190  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh

Just what I need before Xmas (lucky I all the presents for Mrs Surge  :2tu: :mn: )

Ouch  :-\

Irish hot chocolate = Jamesons (or at least a Baileys)  :drink:

My SAK from Barry is still in NYC (posted on the 3rd Oct'  ::) )

Bailey's it was  :drink:

Uh... posted a month ago and still in NYC?  >:(

Here, take a look at this section. I think you'll fit right in (to paraphrase her). If you'd like to share some of your creations, you'd be most welcome.

https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/board,64.0.html

As for this design, it's a small pouch for coins and a slot for cards/cash, right? What's that big metal button for? Just for aesthetic reasons? The small split ring isn't part of the wallet, is it?

  :tu:!

Edit: took another look at the big button. It's got a hole, right? You could use it to arttach a chain.

Hi, prfsantos! thanks for the suggestion, :like: I´ll certainly drop by.
Behind the coin pouch there´s a slot for bills, and behind thas a strap to keep the cards in place.
The metal button is actually a Japanese coin. It acts as washer for the tube rivet which keeps in place the end of the card strap and where a lanyard is attached.
The split ring was there to try and open the wallet a bit to show the inside.

DAY 4
Mrs Surge decided that we need a lot of lights this Xmas as we will be together  :twak: (She can't travel to Italy and I'm working Xmas day  ::)
So, the FX helped to remove battery covers so that I could put nearly 20 AA types in various sets of lights  :surrender:
Just noticed accidental bonus shot (out of focus) on my watch on the shelf unit, to the right  :dunno:

EDC 04:

The organic food shop sells stuff in bulk.....as any good hippie food store does. The Signature Lite came in handy when labelling the thyme, popping corn, oats, lentils, and rice to be found there. (That way I'm not handling other people pens. I'm not normally so germ-phobic, but these are unusual times.)

EDC 04 (bonus material):

One of Mrs Nix's friends sent us some frozen salmon fillets. Really nice stuff. But.....Mrs Nix isn't crazy about salmon. I'm going to turn these gorgeous fillets into salmon cakes, using some of the thyme purchased earlier today. BAK freed the defrosted salmon from their plastic containment.

Day 4
Didn’t feel like doing much today due to a sinus headache.  So the only real use of the edc was using the Yeoman to open a bag of dog dental chews and cutting an orange.

I was also playing around with the Zippo and Yeoman when I took Fisher to the Field out back, but don’t know if that really counts.

Day 5

Some items are used every single day, like sunglasses, hat (if it is sunny), shoehorn, water bottle, watch ect, but I am not taking pictures of everything used everyday.
