I don't have any spare Leatherman tools jzmtl. Perhaps you could try buying a file from SOG. I'm told the pivot-hole diameter will fit on a Leatherman. You may have to widen the locking notch though.

Pivot is impossible for me to modify since I have nothing to drill hardened steel, but the lock notch should be easy with a grinding wheel. If the pivot already fits then that just opened up a few more ideas.
