Back at work today, after dealing with some other stuff.

I'm not sure of the protocol for catching up on posts so, unless anyone wants to differ, I'll keep to the actual challenge day/date (for continuity) and then post the missing days when your challenge is over  :dunno:   
So, that said, here's the Rescue-Tool helping to slice some cheese (badly) for Mrs Surge who advised  :twak: that she was desirous of some "Cheese on Toast" (British Style")
This is one of her concessions to British cuisine and is very different to the version favoured by our US cousins (grilled cheese)
