Day 18

Accessing the battery compartment of one of my son's toys. Hercules' small Philips driver is superb for electronics.

Day 18:

Only use today was the Hercules to put my Swiss Bianco pocket clip back on the original Centurion scales and playing swap-a-scale with a few 111’s.

DAY 18

No uses this morning (before work) but postal duty for the RescueTool upon my return.

The results of my last COVID test which is part of a survey by the Office for National Statistics and the University of Oxford.

Mrs Surge and I came up "negative" (again)  :2tu:

I wanted to put one of those on my Dual Pro before I did this challenge, and after months of me putting getting it off, they're out of stock. I think their option is one of the better ones out there.

The Outrider helped with cleaning a humidifier - opening a bottle of bleach and scraping some scale/residue off the hearing element after soaking in vinegar.  It also helped in making a tweezer tip protector out of paracord - cutting paracord and using inline phillips as similar to marlin spike.

Day 19

Sewed up the car seat hook I had found. I put a piece of strap to make a belt loop.
Turned out ok, but the loop is too tight. I might redo it and make it looser.

As much as I’d like to claim huskies and Husqvarnas are the tools of the trade in reality today is more Fiats and Macbooks:

Forester posing 06:55 this morning when heading to the gym and me taking a peek under the hood of the diesel sedan to see if everything’s alright after fortnight outside in quite cold

Outrider helped with a late night (or early morning snack).  Opened the can of tomato sauce to dip mozzarella sticks in and opened a bottle of beer.
