93mm voyager fail. Where does the hole go??

Hi all,

I’ve tried to make a 93mm voyager but can’t get the combo tool right with a 1/8th hole.

Are the 93mm voyager mods just show in the pictures or do the tools actually hold a good snap?

I’ve tried 3 variations of hole placement now. Each fails. Either too much tension or not enough.

Where is the sweet spot? Or is the tool always going to end up with play (can’t tell by online photos).

I’m willing to give it one more try. I’ve tried with combo tools from 84mm donors.

84mm tool ina 93mm frame?

Might require a 91mm tool...
