How many layers does the Giant have?

The XLT looks rather small compared to The One.
I counted 49 layers.

Day 3
Wenger feeling a little under the weather.  Something a little NyQuil or VapoRub should cure.

Hopefully the owner would feel better than the Wenger soon!

Day 3

Battery change starring the Vic XLT. Despite the thickness of the knife, the centrally located Cybertool driver handles ok. Not as good as the CT 34's, obviously, but better than one might suspect.

Edit: @ Ulzhan: again, the picture reminds me of something...

Day 03

Magnetized the openers.
That's some funky place for a funny looking magnet... :o

Nice pics, but we are still waiting for photos where you use it to prepare a sandwich!  :pok:
Trust me...I got something a lot more ambitious than just a sandwich. >:D

Comis, Vicman, Ulzhan, Folder Beholder and Simon Templar love the pictures!!

Comis that Giant is truly incredible it is like a Swiss Army accordion

Day 3

Mini screwdriver always comes in handy fixing my wife’s glasses
Funny you mention that, I was trying to figure out each tool on the Giant as we go, and some tools sure looks like a tuning fork than a wrench.

Day 4

I think there are 13 blades on the Giant chassis, and this one is a pretty cool looking clip point, which IIRC, only Wenger knives have it(not Victorinox).

Using that blade to cut open a coffee packet.  Unlike what SAKwiki said, all my blades on the Giant chassis came razor sharp.  Though I wonder that's the same for everyone else, maybe Giant in different vintage are different?

Day 4

Early morning glasses repair job. Although the mini SD wasn't too helpful in this situation (the difficult part was to align the screw properly), the XLT could still be of service. Presbyopia be damned

Good use of the magnifier Simon! :like: :tu: :tu:

I am a big fan of the metal file/saw, but never did I use it for nail cleaning...that's actually make whole lot of sense, doesn't it? :D

Holy Crab. 49 Layers!! That's insane. The XLT looks like a children's toy in comparison.

That magnet is from a discarded hard drive. Disassembled it with the mighty XLT. Kept the magnet and the platters.

Day 5

I have planted a pot of parsley awhile ago, but lately it's been looking rather sad and floppy.  Google said it could be due to overwatering and lack of trimming.
So I tried the Giant hawkbill blade to try trimming the plant a little.
Since I don't smoke, the cigar cutter will probably never get used, so I figure I might as well give it a go anyway...but it hardly worked at all.
