Day 19

No use cases today, so I had plenty of time wondering where the coloring of my XLT's bit driver comes from...
I don't know why but I suffer similar issue with the bit driver, I think the oxidation probably has something to do with the metal that the bit driver is touching, but I have long forgotten all my chemistry from high school.

Day 19
The Giant with a couple of Knipex tools.

FB, do you carry the Knipex with the SAK?  Which one do you actually prefer to carry with? :pok:
I have been toying with the idea that the combo of a SAK + pliers maybe a better solution than a single plier-based MT, I have seen many had done that in the past, and may give that a try some day.

Shouldn’t this be called the Mad SAKS CHALLLENGE IN BARTER TOWN?

Good use, is that her B-day?

Yes, five years old  :woohoo:

Happy belated B-day, that must be awesome! :woohoo:   Maybe someday she will be getting her first SAK?

Really like the inline phillips of SAK, and such a stark contrast to its relative at the back side.

Took the Giant and the little guy out for a sunset outing, need to be a little patient to wait until no one is around and pull this behemoth of tool out for the photo op. :D

I am a big fan of Knipex with SAK.  I do think I prefer the 125 size, but I'm certain the smaller ones would do just as well.  I like the comfort grip on the 125.

Great picture, Comics. I can imagine why you didn't want to get it out of your pocket while other people were around. I just wonder how you lugged that beast onto a mountaintop. And what pants you wore (please feel free to post a picture with the Giant in the pocket)

Used the nail clipper on the Giant for trimming, have to be a little creative how to hold the tool so I could actually use the tool.  I often read about people using their scissors to trim their nails, but maybe my nails are more resilient than usual--every time I tried using the scissors for trimming(unless it's really really long), I felt like I am abusing the tool and could almost feel the scissors separating at the pivot.

I'm disappointed you had to do it yourself. From the reviews I read on the internet, I was under the impression the Giant would do all this for you while you could enjoy a cup of coffee or read a magazine. Imho it's grossly overpriced if it cannot even deliver such basic services to its master.
