Now I wonder what the stainless steel version is called :)
Maybe just SwissTool Spirit X (or SwissTool Spirit MX for the OHO variation)? ;)

A question to the owners of the new MXBS: on "regular" Spirits, each handle contains a wide (2.5 mm) long tool (blade or scissors) and a narrow (2 mm) one (saw or file). However, the MXBS has two wide tools on the same side (plain edge blade and scissors) so I'm wondering how it's done. Does this fit in the same frame or is one side wider than the other? Or maybe the new blade is narrower than the two-handed version as well as being shorter?

The plain edge blade on the MXBS is thinner as you suggested.

Bump!  It's been almost a year since the last post.  For those fortunate enough to have one, how do you like it so far?  I like the idea of a Spirit with the belt cutter.  I've only used the belt cutter on my RS once for it's intended purpose, but it worked very well.  I agree, though, that the main blade should be the only blade with the tab.  As far as saw vs. scissors go, I use the scissors on my duty carry all the time.  Outside of non duty carry, I've not used the saw. I'm definitely drawn to the oho, especially when it's cold enough for gloves.
