Yes, at last!    I have my favorites, like the Scientist, the Yeoman, the Model 1961 Soldier, the Pioneer, the Voyageur, and on and on, but the truth is that the one SAK I carry literally every day and use literally every day, is the cheese SAK.  If I join the 111mm challenge this January you will see a lot of pictures of this SAK.  I give them as gifts often -- so useful for just about anyone.  It lives in my lunch bag and gets daily use:

Some very high society canines you have.  :hatsoff:

Oddly enough, the Cheesemaster is my only 111mm SAK (of about 20 models). It's exquisite!

And the only one you need unless you go camping often, in which case I'd recommend a Swiss soldier, DAK, or GAK.

Here you go, Altis, here's a cocktail kit I built last year.  It contains the cheese SAK among other critical tools and implements for the happy hour orientated.

There's always room for ambassadors of sophistication in the Cheesemaster Club.  :hatsoff:

I'm thinking I need to get an upscale cutting board next.

I love my cheesemaster, I use it a lot!  I must admit to having a weakness for cheese.  Here it is with some 2yr. old cheddar from the cheese factory around the corner from my place, and a bit of feta.

Tet, seeing/assuming you're in Canada -- my wife and I discovered a lovely cheese shop in Niagara on the Lake a couple years ago.  It's right next to The Angel pub if you're ever there.

Thanks for the tip!   I haven't been to Niagara on the Lake for a few years, but I'd like to go back!  My girlfriend (now wife) had a nice little vacation there, I remember the Angel, it was a great pub!  And a really cool story about it, too!
