Seriously though, I know what you mean. Only the middle layer (wrench and Phillips) on mine is really tight. I was able to loosen up the wrench with some Vic oil, but the Phillips is still really tight.

Me too!  I haven't actually seen one of those 130 mm in real life.  I was going to buy my wife the gardening one for Mother's Day (I can't remember the number, 71 maybe?), but then she got new shears given to her.  When they wear out I I'll get them for her if she's behaved!
