Besides the blade, are there other differences between the XTi and a TTi? If there aren't any, then it's a Charge TTi with a cm154 blade.

There is one other difference, in that the XTi has an extra bit driver in place of the TTi's scissors. I think that's it. Both have cap-crimper and gut-hook, I can't think of anything else.
