I'm just curious, does anyone know why the multipurpose hook bends back further than 90 degrees?

Glad somebody found a use for it :-)  To me it's wasted space that could have been used for a real tool.

AKA: kickstand duty. Probably my most frequent use for the hooks without files.

Might also serve as an arresting hook for F-14s. Unconfirmed though.  ;)

Used that way, it helps me to get at certain pins used to attach certain tractor implements to the three-point hitch (as well as the occasional cotter pin that is big enough), as some are hard to yank out by hand. And it works better, far better than pliers.

I've used mine to pull tent stakes, and also as a temporary clothes hanger.

No multi-tools, no multi-layer Swiss Army Knives, no combo one-piece tools and post a photo for thirty (30) consecutive days. Does anybody know if any of the 111 mm models have ever come with the multi-purpose hook?
