There’s a BO version of the Ratchet Driver?!

If only I had seen this two weeks ago.

Sigh.

Wao; 6 months had gone by!!
What started as an experiment, had become a pretty useful addition and a conversation starter. Has been durable, and the oxide had endure as well as the tool's and my first "job" (the saw pictured had been also oxidized after starting as a spare regular one; this to see how easy/difficult it was, how durable, and had been used regularly). Glad that you people like it, as this extended family has been more than inspirational. Thank you all! :hatsoff:

The LM ratchet along with the 711L ratchet it’s really made my Wave an all around tool kit. About 2 years now going strong. I’ve always been concerned about the plastic, but haven’t yet dropped it off a ladder like I have the tool itself.

Anyone have any clues as to if and when the Leatherman Ratchet will return for sale? I was skeptical at first from a version that first spread about a ratchet mod, but it could not take the strain of use. So when Leatherman released theirs I figure it too probably could not take the stress. Then recently saw a stress test on You Tube and was quite impressed. And looked online, and read comments that the Lman Ratchet has been out-of-stock for over 6 months.

Was going to get a Zap Wizard holster for the Garage #5, but would like to get a Leatherman ratchet version, if I can only find one at a reasonable cost. Saw one on Ebay for $147. Meh, I despise scalpers, and it is not worth $147 to me.

New Zealand dollars of 79.99 is 47.05 US dollars.
Still a little high in price, but much cheaper than eBay.

Wow. They could make some money reselling those maybe? $300+ on Ebay. :ahhh

Seen a few listing in Australia, but no shipping options to the USA.

Have always been sketchy ordering out of the country other that the UK or Australia. Have one coming from Malaysia. Found it doing an online NZ search.
Store's name is: Montanic Adventure Store

Am thankful that Firefox allows email protection. Got 5 free email masks.

Here's the name of this store in New Zealand.  They only had the one, otherwise I would have had them buy a back-up.

eBay seems to think there is.
I tried to find one and could not find one in stock.

Probably like the Crunch, they go out of production for a while and everyone on eBay jacks up the price.

From what I gathered the US side has not had any for 8 months. Unsure why. Ebay Pirates think they have been discontinued and have prices $300 on up.
Have search online for one, all have been out of stock with zero ETA for stock. Countries outside the USA have them, or claim to. Found a few in Australia, online, yet none ship to the US. Strangely A FEW New Zealand sellers do recognize US sales, yet their stock is gone as well.
