Day 40 of 60

Used small blade today to dissamble scale out of old Climber, so i could cannibalize scissors to my Wave. I could say i wouldnt do that 2nd time without much better tools. It was pain to drill pivot hole larger on scissors.

Jaffa Cakes. The only thing that beats them in my world are Arnotts Tim Tams. But they are tools for different purposes really
Jaffa Cakes are good. But for me they're beaten by a good fruitcake or mince tart.

Day 9 of 30 (Stack Challenge)

Package opening today. Nothing SAK-related. Or at least not directly related. It's a bunch of Dremel accessories that could be used for modding SAKs.

I did also use the pen a couple of time to make notes, but forgot to get pics.   :(

I think the British equivalent is Mashy Peas. Although refritos have good stuff in them like onions, garlic, green chiles, cumin, chili powder, herbs, and, if you like, cream. I think your Mashy Peas are just overcooked peas. Yes?

You refried beans aound much like Mushy Peas.
Although usually you'd use mature and dried peas, soak them in water for around 12hrs... before overcooking them  :D

I bet there is a good recipe out there for Spam stuffing (aka Spam Dressing) for roast Christmas Goose.   :pok:

Or maybe a bit like that quail, inside a partridge, inside a pheasant inside a duck, inside a goose, inside a Swan (please get permission from your Royal Household first kids) etc etc ?

Hmmmm...

Day 41/60
It's been great to see so much use of the Universal Scaler. I think the Fish Scaler is an under appreciated tool

It's also been great to see so much tea and the growing experiments in SwissChamp tea making. I would like to push the boundaries of experimentation here and todays use has proven to me that the magnifying glass is a very viable tea spoon. It's better than the hook or corkscrew for tea bag retrieval and was a natural as I made a fresh cuppa today. Success. Obviously some careful cleaning afterwards but I'm sure for those who like a little sugar it would serve very well as an emergency "Field Teaspoon"

I like the fish scaler too. Used it also as a fork for french fries.

Day 41

I used the large blade to cut up some of the wife's candles. I use them to flux my casting alloy.
Now back to cutting firewood :woohoo:

Day 41 of 60:

Had to flag some sprinkler heads today. Naturally the flags are bent. Pliers proved to be handy for straightening the flag stems out. Not the ideal plier, but did the job and was already in my pocket.
