SOG sent it to e for evaluation and I thought it was pretty lame.  It sat there for a couple of weeks before I finally said "Screw it" and stuck it on my phone.

At first it was a bit annoying as it sometimes catches on my pocket when I put my phone away (not a problem for some people!  :P) and it doesn't really fit in the Nite Ize Steelie windshield mount.  But, fortunately the Pop Grip comes right off with a quick twist, leaving just a teeny attachment that really doesn't get in the way.

The problem is that you then forget to put it back on, and that negates the point of having a tool with you all the time because it is super convenient.

I've had my share of GoPros and other action cameras over the years, and enough mounts to attach them to anything. 

More importantly I seem to have accumulated a few GoPro wrenches  including two from GoPro themselves- that's the two silver and grey ones with the integrated bottle openers, which are a requirement for any multitool!

Perhaps my favorite is the black skeleton on the lower right side, called the Fishbone, and also includes a bottle opener!

Been a little lax on this lately as holiday prep has taken priority!

If ever there was a tool worthy of a sparkly background like this one, it would be the Wingman from  Leatherman.

Launched with the Sidekick as a budget friendly tool (in fact, the more budget friendly of the two) it was the model I was more interested in, predominantly because I prefer scissors to a saw for EDC.

Unfortunately this Wingman became my Wingman at work for a while, and suffered horribly, as you can see from these photos and this thread on our forum:  https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,37952.0.html

If the prices had stayed lower on these then they would still be well worth buying but at current prices other better options can be had :salute:

I am happy with the ones I have but I got them when they were priced much better :tu:

Me as well.  I just can't justify putting the money into one of these tools.

I thought these were crap until I got the Rev, and every other tool on the market got bumped up a notch as a result.   :facepalm:

No, butvwe did go to the place where we usually do the shooting yesterday and I flew my drones for a bit.  Not for long as batteries don't hold much of a charge below 0C.

Few tools (if any!) in my collection elicit as much instant envy as this custom Leatherman Charge Ti, made by a member many years ago, shortly before he passed away.

I brought this Charge to SHOT one year  and Tim Leatherman was so impressed with it, he dragged the LTG product manager out of a muttering to show it to him!

I like thw size of the 400 over the 600 but during a MP Challenge here I took tools from my 400 and made my 600 better and never got the 400 back together :facepalm: :oops:

Guess I need to fix that someday or buy another one :whistle: :D
