Day 4

February 4

Used the Mini blade to cut open a new refill pouch of detergent. I think the new scent is giving the kids rhinitis so I’m changing back to the old ‘flavor’.

Day 3

Putting my :ahhh Mini :ahhh blade to work opening packages.  It's slow to deploy, but it works great!

I was also comparing the :ahhh Mini :ahhh blade to the SAK blade.  Now don't get me wrong - I like SAKs, but 58mm SAK blades are comically thin, practically toy-like.  Check it out next to the badass :ahhh Mini :ahhh blade!

Day 3

I love the Mini.  But I do wish Leatherman would make a Mini+.

With just a few tiny changes, the Mini could be so much better.  They should take the exact same tool set that the mini has now, but then make the tiny blade and the tiny metal file outboard or outside accessible with liner locks like the Wave.  Then not only would you have a MUCH easier time accessing and using those tools, but you would  be able to cut the bottle opener hooks into both sides of the fold out handle.  As it is now, the opener works, but it pulls to the side and it is hard to get enough grip on the cap to remove it from the bottle in one swoop.

Awesome stuff already for Day 4 :o :like:

I do wish theybwould update the  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh !!!MINI!!! :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh and if they could somehow incorporate a bit driver and scissors (also keeping the knife and file ) into one, while keeping the footprint fairly similar to what it is now, I think they would have a winner :ahhh  :like:

Great uses today peeps and love the comparison to a 58mm SAK, Rich :o :salute: :like:

I am totally disillusioned. I thought it was super awesome and amazing that Steve did all of his work with just a Leatherman and a pocketknife. I need multiple tools to make a living, but not Steve.

Now I find out he has other tools.

What else do you have Steve? A hammer? A paintbrush?

I am so hurt at this moment

Yes, he has both a hammer and a paint brush :pok:

Being a carpenter and a painter he probably needs both

Day 4

Steve and David inspired me to include a pic of my Imperial-Schrade Frontier (4434) that my grandfather purchased sometime in the 70's.   :tu:
