Hello gang
A major disaster has been averted. Mini went missing for 2 days so no pics were posted  . She has since been found so I will , if permitted , catch up on pics.
Day 21 is Mini reunited with big brother.

I missed reading this post before now. I am glad you found your Mini, Paul  :tu:

I am thinking about making the Mini a part of my EDC. I really like having compact pliers.

But I do agree with you. It will be nice to carry some other MTs in a few days.

So glad you are getting on with it :woohoo: It really is an awesome compact set of pliers and I have often used them without the extentions out over the years

Don’t you find it a hassle when you need one tool to properly use another tool?
Yes! Some of my drill bits are a pain to remove from their case by hand.

Great work from awl!

Hello all on day 24.
Back in the plane today on the way home.   Wave was also  on board but up in the overhead locker. Easy travelling here in NZ.

So... You can fly in New Zealand with a Wave in your carry-on bag???!!!???   :ahhh

Day 26

February 26

It’s mid-day and we’re on an out of town trip to visit mom-in-law. The Mini is riding in my pants coin pocket. Perfect fit with room to spare, if I may say so! It’s not like I’m gonna be going cartwheels or anything.

Day 26

I didn't get a pic while I was doing it, so here is the after-pic. This was the scariest use of my Mini yet.  I couldn't unscrew my hose from my pressure washer, so I used the Mini pliers to help.  This was definitely the hardest I have bore down on the Mini pliers... I was afraid of something breaking since it's discontinued and expensive to replace, but the Mini held up like a champ  :tu:

Hello to day 25  .
A good time to swap the SS for my BO mini.
:like: A great pair of Minis!

What is on the Zippo's bottom stamp? As an aside, we're pretty close in age.

Used the Mini today as a fuse puller.
Good use...and a lot of fuses.

Great photos again, y'awl!

Wow, I can't believe there are only 2 days left to this challenge.  :ahhh  I don't see any challenge for March, so I guess I could always run one solo, or.. or... actually carry whatever tool I want for the first time since October!

There are a couple of SAK Challenges starting in March to go along with the Soldier On Challenge.

Except for June or July, I have been in a challenge every month since May, including 2 this month. I think I will be taking a break in March.
