When these were released for the first time over here, they went for 299€, weren't they more  expensive (than the current $100) at release in the U.S. as well?

Apparently nobody over here wanted to buy them at 299€, so they dropped the price to 199€ and they still didn't sell.

So in the end I bought 3 of them at -70% discount, paying around 60€ a piece 😁.

It's a very nice remake of the classic PST, but the release price was just ridiculous.

At 100€ I would've probably got one (or two) as well, but at 60€ I still consider it one of those deals that put a smile on your face even years after you bought them 😁.

1) LM (US) won't ship to the UK  ::) (they actually hate us  :megaslap:)

2) There's no guarantee that it would arrive - I've lost a SAK and a PST 2 (albeit private sale/shipping etc)

I called them direct only to be told there are no leather sheaths in Canada so they can't sell them here.... :facepalm:

You are correct so far in that they do not give a crap. I on the other hand have walked away for a couple of years before and am tempted to do so once again. Their crap is getting old.

I know it is frustrating for you to not be able to order things because of location but it is more frustrating that I don't always have the money to order the stuff that you do. I am fine with it but you also need to take into account that not everyone has the disposable income to buy what you actually do have. So you should be very happy to be able to do that :salute:

I think we are actually happy that someone is able to create a large Leatherman collection. During my time here, I have not detected any jealousy directed towards Chako here as there has been at Reddit. The jokes about the collection come from respect and awe for the size and variety of the collection, not jealousy. That is my perception.
