Victorinox Credit Memo

  Had a response to a ticket I sent in regards to a Swisstool Spirit Clip. I merely asked Victorinox for a replacement screw.

  A Victorinox Representative stated in email: "Thank you for your request. Attached is your credit memo, as there are quality control issues with this product." And they attached something called a Credit Memo in PDF format. I have no idea what this thing is. Something in the form reads: Quality control issue CC will automatically credit.....mb  ???  And has a shipping and billing to my address, 

  Edit: It was a refund of $20, as I just checked my banking app.

  Admins can delete this post. I should of looked on my end first.

  Got another response, when I asked Victorinox what the Credit Memo was.

  "We are unable to send you the screw, as we have quality control issues with this item. You got a credit back on your card" -- Reckon that this means I have not been the only one affected by a bad spiral fastener.  :rofl:

Dang, that can't be good news.... Victorinox and QC issues   :oops: Also that probably means that we won't get those clips here any time soon  ???
